GMA Canada Hands Out Covenant Awards

GOSPEL MUSIC ASSOCIATION (GMA) CANADA handed out the 30th ANNUAL COVENANT AWARDS last FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24th in CALGARY, ALBERTA, CANADA. SPARROW RECORDS band STARFIELD won all six categories in which it was nominated. STARFIELD received Artist and Group of the Year, Album and Modern Worship Album for “I Will Go,” and Recorded Song of the Year for “Hosanna” and Praise & Worship Song of the Year for “Reign in Us.”
STEVE BELL and DAVE ZEGLINSKI received Producer of the Year while THE UNIVERSITY OF TORONTO GOSPEL CHOIR picked up the awards for New Artist of the Year, Gospel Album of the year for “Send Me” and Choir Song of the Year for “I Surrender.”
