EMMIS Talk WIBC-F/INDIANAPOLIS morning co-host JAKE QUERY has exited the station, replaced by afternoon co-host JOE STAYSNIAK, who will take QUERY's place alongside TERRI STACY. 

The INDIANAPOLIS STAR reports that QUERY was let go after WEDNESDAY's show, with Operations Dir. JON QUICK saying that QUERY's tenure with the morning show was "an experiment that just didn't work." QUERY replaced longtime WIBC morning man JEFF PIGEON when the station moved to FM in SEPTEMBER 2007.
