LGV BROADCASTING, INC. is donating Gospel WROM-A/ROME, GA to JOY CHRISTIAN COMMUNICATIONS, INC. LGV's owners, MARK LUMPKIN, MARK GARRETT, and ROBERT VINES assert in the donation agreement that the station has suffered "tremendous financial hardship due to the recession of 2007 and 2008."
In other deals filed with the FCC, CHRISTIAN LISTENING NETWORK, INC. is selling Religion WZKB/WALLACE, NC to CAROLINA'S CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING, INC. for $500,000, plus a Time Brokerage Agreement before closing.
COLLEGE CREEK MEDIA, LLC is selling the construction permit for KXJO/ST. MARIES, ID to SPOKANE PUBLIC RADIO, INC. for $25,000.
CALVARY RADIO NETWORK, INC. is selling FM translator W229AN/PROVIDENCE, RI to NEW ENGLAND CHRISTIAN RADIO NETWORK, INC. for $50,000.
And NORTHWEST INDY RADIO is selling FM translator K249DX/MEDINA, WA to SOUTH SOUND BROADCASTING L.L.C. for $20,000.
