Long-time air personality BOB CARR passed away on OCT. 27th at the age of 66. CARR was best known as the character WILLIS THE GUARD back in the '70s on top-rated GARY MCKEE Show on 94Q/ATLANTA. He even recorded a comedy album as that character.
Before that, CARR had worked at WDAK/COLUMBUS, GA and the old WLCY-A/TAMPA.
