FARM & HOME BROADCASTING COMPANY is selling Adult Hits WFRM-F (SAM FM)/COUDERSPORT, PA to BACKYARD BROADCASTING for $325,000 ($225,000 in a promissory note). The station has a construction permit to move to PORTVILLE, NY, serving the OLEAN, NY area.

In other deals filed with the FCC, ATHENS CHRISTIAN RADIO, INC. is trading the construction permit for a new noncommercial FM at 90.3 MHz at VIDALIA, GA to EDGEWATER BROADCASTING for FM translator W300BF/COMMERCE, GA, presently licensed to the buyer's sister company RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, and the dismissal of several applications for new stations.

RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY also is selling FM translator W277BE/MONTICELLO, IN to KASKASKIA BROADCASTING, INC. for $12,000; and EASTERN SIERRA BROADCASTING is selling K275BH/ELK GROVE, CA to YOUR CHRISTIAN COMPANION NETWORK, INC. for $50,000.
