ELYRIA-LORAIN BROADCASTING Smooth Jazz WNWV (THE WAVE)/CLEVELAND will debut the two-hour "Smooth Jazz Top 20 Countdown with ALLEN KEPLER" on NOVEMBER 8th, 2008. The program will air every SATURDAY from 6-8a.
