CC/L.A. Briefly Evacuated In Anthrax Scare

CLEAR CHANNEL's LOS ANGELES operations at the PINNACLE building in BURBANK were breifly evacuated FRIDAY afternoon after a suspicious envelope labeled as "anthrax" was delivered to AC KOST in an apparent protest against some of the ads the station was airing about CALIFORNIA's Proposition 8 gay marriage ban. Police, hazmat crews and fire fighters were called to the scene, but the building was reopened shortly thereafter.
