Hugh Panero Joins New Enterprise

NEW ENTERPRISE ASSOCIATES has hired HUGH PANERO, co-founder and former CEO of XM SATELLITE RADIO, as a Venture Partner. PANERO brings more than 25 years of new media experience in content, finance, operations, distribution and marketing to this new role and will work closely with NEA's consumer technology team.
