Wild Weekend In Albuquerque

It was definitely a wild weekend for AMERICAN GENERAL MEDIA Top 40/Rhythmic KDLW (WILD 97.7)/ALBUQUERQUE. It started with the station's WILD TAHOE being stolen from the station parking lot and stripped. The TAHOE's customized LAMBORGHINI doors, intakes, bumpers, 26-inch rims and more were stripped from vehicle and the TAHOE was left in an apartment complex.

Before the news of KDLW's stripped TAHOE could sink in, the WILD JEEP was broken into at the station and its customized stereo system stolen. 

What does a station do at that point? KDLW PD EDDIE GOMEZ has planned this weekend's promotion with listeners listening for the WILD Car Alarm to win prizes.  Apparently that was not stolen. 

Also at KDLW, there's word that GOMEZ has an announcement coming soon of a new addition to WILD 97.7's airstaff. Expect that announcement within days.
