WFTL Reporter, Pilot OK After Chopper Crash

A CBS affiliate WPEC-TV (CBS 12)/WEST PALM BEACH traffic helicopter also filing reports for JAMES CRYSTAL RADIO Talk WFTL-A/WEST PALM BEACH-FORT LAUDERDALE crashed into an industrial park just west of I-95 in BOYNTON BEACH this morning. Fortunately, both pilot and reporter survived the crash. 

The accident at 6a ET was the third of reporter PAUL CAVANAUGH's career; he walked away and was taken to the hospital along with pilot TAKAYUKI TANAKA, and says that they're "doing okay." CAVANAUGH plans to appear on WEDNESDAY morning's "WFTL MORNING NEWS" with RUSS MORLEY to talk about the crash.
