OPEN STREAM BROADCASTING is now bringing custom radio streams for newspapers, TV and other media outlets for use on their websites. The streaming channels -- without DJs and a glut of self-promotion -- program hit music designed for at-work listening.
Each stream is will create and deliver short local news content and headlines while promoting the website. The streams are also set up for some non-intrusive sponsorship opportunities, visible flash ads as well as light commercial pods .
The first client for OPEN STREAM product is the FLORIDA TIMES UNION & JACKSONVILLE.COM, which is broadcasting three formats from their website -- Country (JaxCountry), Hot A/C (Refresh) and Urban Adult (Doc’s Place). Each channel was headed on the content development side by RICH RAY at JACKSONVILLE.COM. Each stream is built, produced and streamed by OPEN STREAM BROADCASTING.
"JACKSONVILLE and PHOENIX are the first two clients and we are in development with a number more at this time," OPEN STREAM BROADCASTING owner/operator BRAD MILLER said. Currently, OSB has a number of publisher/media group channels in development.
