Brad Paisley's 'Play' Tops Country Sales Chart

Congrats to ARISTA/NASHVILLE VP/Promotion SKIP BISHOP, National Promo Director LESLY TYSON and the rest of the team, as BRAD PAISLEY scores a big sales week. 

BRAD's new album 'Play,' is the No.1 Country album of the week, selling 53,697 units. That is also good enough for a Top-10 debut on the Top-200, including all genres. 

PAISLEY, along with label-mate CARRIE UNDERWOOD, is co-hosting the CMA AWARDS, starting at 8p (ET) tonight (11/12), on ABC-TV. He will also appear tonight on ABC-TV's "Nightline," where he will be interviewed and talk about his musical influences in the show's "Playlist" segment.
