GENE KOEHN's CENTRAL RADIO, INC. sells AC KNEN (MIX 94.7)/NORFOLK, NE to NRG MEDIA for $1.8 million. NRG and its predecessor WAITT RADIO have been operating the station under a time brokerage agreement since 1999.
