A double dose of congratulations goes out to JUDY SEALE INTERNATIONAL/STARS FOR STRIPES Pres. JUDY SEALE, who is now the grandmother of twins. SEALE's daughter LINDSEY CHANCE gave birth to ZACHARY KYLE and ZOE PAYTON on NOVEMBER 1st. Although the babies were born prematurely, they, along with Mom, are doing well.

SEALE tells ALL ACCESS that she found out while on tour with various artists in BAGHDAD, and their first outfits she bought for them were camo onesies.
