Pirates in the HIGH DESERT? JOSE A. MOLLINEDO has been fined $10,000. by the FCC for running a pirate on 90.9 FM in VICTORVILLE, CA, rejecting his contention that his operation of the station without a license was due to bad advice from an associate.
