BNA/NASHVILLE star KENNY CHESNEY took home two awards at last THURSDAY's (11/20) annual BILLBOARD TOURING AWARDS. CHESNEY won "Best Package" for the fourth consecutive year, and he was also given the first-ever fan-voted "Eventful Fans' Choice Award."
BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN & THE E STREET BAND, MILEY CYRUS and the ALLMAN BROTHERS were also among the night's winners. Click here for the full list.
