Long-time Country music promoter and film producer VICTOR LEWIS has passed away at age 86. LEWIS, who died at his home in DELRAY BEACH, FL on THURSDAY last week (11/20), produced some of the very first Country concerts to be held at NEW YORK's MADISON SQUARE GARDEN.
