CLEAR CHANNEL's ALOHA STATION TRUST is selling AAA WALC (100.5 THE DRIVE)/CHARLESTON, SC to RADIO TRAINING NETWORK, INC. for $2,300,000. RTN is a nonprofit that operates several noncommercial religious stations.
In other deals filed with the FCC, the company that owns several radio stations in CALIFORNIA under the names GOLD COAST BROADCASTING, HIGH DESERT BROADCASTING, RINCON BROADCASTING, and HURON BROADCASTING is merging all the companies into a single entity, POINT BROADCASTING COMPANY.
FIRST BROADCASTING CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC is selling KELE-A/MOUNTAIN GROVE, MO to DALTON C. WRIGHT's OZARK MEDIA, INC. for $15,000.
VICTOR A. MICHAEL, JR.'s LARAMIE MOUNTAIN BROADCASTING, LLC is selling the construction permit for new FM station KRGQ/YUMA, CO to ALEXANDER L. CREIGHTON's NORTHEAST COLORADO BROADCASTING, LLC for $175,000. The station holds a construction permit to move to MERINO, CO, near STERLING.
And H.O.P.E. BROADCASTING CORPORATION is donating the CP for a new FM in MACOMB, IL to CORNERSTONE COMMUNITY RADIO, INC. The station will operate as a satellite of noncommercial Religion WLUJ/SPRINGFIELD, IL.
