ALL ACCESS has learned that DOUBLE O RADIO/COLUMBIA, SC Country WWNU and Classic Country WWNQ GM HERBIE MARTINEZ will be departing at the end of the month, returning to HOUSTON, TX. Prior to joining DOUBLE O RADIO, MARTINEZ was General Sales Manager at LIBERMAN BROADCASTING's KZJL-TV/HOUSTON.
