NAB Gets Ready For The 'Crystal Radio Awards' 2009

The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF BROADCASTERS' announced the 2009 CRYSTAL RADIO AWARDS entry information is available online and the deadline is FEBRUARY 3rd. The NAB CRYSTAL AWARDS are to acknowledge radio stations that demonstrate a year-round commitment to their communities.

"People across AMERICA rely on their broadcasters to be local leaders, as well as to keep them informed in times of crisis or need," NAB EXECUTIVE VP JOHN DAVID said. "We are proud to recognize radio stations for their dedication to serving their community."

To enter the radio station must submit a 12-page document describing the services they provided to their communities. All finalists will be announced MARCH 16th and the winners will be announced at the NAB RADIO LUNCHEON on TUESDAY APRIL 21st.
