Former SUSQUEHANNA SAN FRANCISCO cluster Director of Sponsorship and Non-Traditional Revenue BILL LYNCH has joined BUCKLEY Top 40/Rhythmic KSEQ (Q97)/VISALIA-FRESNO, CA and Classic Rock KIOO/VISALIA, CA as Station Manager and Dir. of Sales.
