THE RECORDING ACADEMY will continue its multi-year partnership with FORMAN BROS. MOVIE TUNES for the 51st Annual GRAMMY AWARDS. The show will air FEBRUARY 8th at 8p ET/PT on CBS.
"Our collaborative effort last year for the 50th ANNUAL GRAMMY AWARDS was nothing less than amazing," FORMAN BROS. HOLDINGS Founder DAVID FORMAN said. "Not only did it bring increased attention to the GRAMMY AWARDS telecast and the music of GRAMMY nominees, but it also shined the spotlight on the ever-popular annual GRAMMY nominees CD. For 2009, in saluting the GRAMMY's 51st, we're planning to top last year's efforts."
"Our partnership with MOVIE TUNES & FORMAN BROS. STRATEGIC MARKETING continues to be an important part of our GRAMMY promotional efforts," RECORDING ACADEMY Chief Marketing Officer EVAN GREENE said. "We have enjoyed many years of successful collaboration, and expect this year to continue to deliver solid results for our yearly GRAMMY AWARDS telecast."
"DAVID FORMAN and I are extremely excited about the opportunity to work with THE RECORDING ACADEMY," MOVIE TUNES EVP JOEL NEWMAN said. "We're looking forward to continuing a long and successful relationship."
