  BUCKLEY RADIO's new Top 40/Rhythmic KYZZ/MONTEREY has landed former KXJM (JAMMIN' 95.5)PORTLAND APD/afternoon personality FREEZE for APD/MD duties. FREEZE will also do afternoons. FREEZE is scheduled to start JANUARY 23.
