WDUZ-F Gets FCC To Cancel Fine

CUMULUS gets a $9,000 fine for public file violations at WDUZ-F (now Sports, then Alternative WXWX)/BRILLION, WI-GREEN BAY cancelled by the FCC, but the Commission is admonishing the licensee for the lapse. 

The initial fine came because CUMULUS had admitted in a renewal filing that some quarterly issues/programs lists were missing, but subsequently discovered that all but one of the lists were indeed in existence and located at the public file during the relevant period.
