UNIVERSAL RECORDS SOUTH/NASHVILLE artist PHIL VASSAR is set to headline the LIGHTING OF THE NATIONAL CHRISTMAS TREE ceremony in WASHINGTON D.C. this THURSDAY (12/4) at 5p (ET).
The ceremony also includes a message from President BUSH as well as a variety of holiday music.
