More Changes

As part of the shuffle of management at CBS RADIO's NEW YORK cluster, News WCBS-A/NEW YORK VP/GM STEVE SWENSON is assuming the same responsibilities at sister News WINS-A. WINS GM GREG JANOFF moves to GSM.

Down the road in PHILADELPHIA, the PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER's MICHAEL KLEIN reports that CBS RADIO has shuffled management duties to put Market Manager and Sports WIP-A-Talk WPHT-A GM MARC RAYFIELD in charge of News KYW-A as well. On the FM side, JIM LOFTUS is VP/GM in charge of Oldies WOGL and Classic Rock WYSP.
