  SPANISH BROADCASTING SYSTEM has delayed closing on the purchase of WDLP-TV/KEY WEST-MIAMI to FEBRUARY 28, according to an SEC filing last THURSDAY. SBS' MEGA MEDIA HOLDINGS will pay seller WILLIAM DE LA PENA $300,000. for the postponement of the $37 million deal, its second delay (the first cost SBS $250.000.).
