CENTRAL OZARK RADIO NETWORK, INC./MISSOURI OZARKS RADIO NETWORK is selling Country KKDY, Adult Hits KSPQ (Q94 JACK FM) and Talk KWPM-A/WEST PLAINS, MO; and Talk KUKU-A and Oldies KUKU-F (OLDIES 100)/WILLOW SPRINGS, MO to THREE RIVERS COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $2.1 million.

In other transactions filed with the FCC, GLA-MAR BROADCASTING, LLC is transferring Variety KBZB/SANTA CLARA, UT (moved from PIOCHE, NV) to CBL INVESTMENTS, LLC (co-owned with SIMMONS MEDIA GROUP) for release from a $12 million promissory note which GLA-MOR, LAKESHORE MEDIA, LLC, and MIDVALLEY RADIO PARTNERS, LLC defaulted upon.

FAITH CHRISTIAN CENTER OF COLUMBUS, INC. is selling the construction permit for noncommercial WRYS/GRAYSON, KY to SPIRIT COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $5,000.

HORIZON CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP is selling FM translator K245AM/LE MARS, IA to EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. for $5,000. and W238BQ/VINCENNES, IN to DLC MEDIA, INC. for $22,000.

VALLEY PUBLIC RADIO, INC. is transferring K205AZ/GLENWOOD SPRINGS, CO to ROARING FORK PUBLIC RADIO, INC. in exchange for a $2,000 per year scholarship endowment at GLENWOOD SPRINGS HIGH SCHOOL in 2009-13.
