Country legend GEORGE JONES was among the entertainers given KENNEDY CENTER HONORS last night (12/7) at the annual KENNEDY CENTER gala in WASHINGTON, D.C. Others honored last night included MORGAN FREEMAN, BARBRA STREISAND, TWYLA THARP, PETE TOWNSHEND and ROGER DALTREY.

GARTH BROOKS, ALAN JACKSON, RANDY TRAVIS and BRAD PAISLEY were among the Country stars who took the stage to sing some of JONES' signature hits. TRAVIS called him "the biggest influence I would ever know in the world."
