AIR AMERICA RADIO President MARK GREEN is considering a return to elective office, with the NEW YORK TIMES reporting that GREEN said he is "seriously thinking again of running for public advocate," the NEW YORK CITY municipal post that he held from 1994 to 2001.
GREEN told the TIMES that since leaving the post, "I realized how much I missed public service." He said that he will decide whether to run within two months.
GREEN has run for several offices over the years, including for Mayor, losing to current Mayor MIKE BLOOMBERG in 2001, and for the U.S. Senate and House.
