The INTERNATIONAL HOCKEY LEAGUE's FLINT GENERALS have let Dir./Media Relations and Broadcasting DENIS J. PUSKA go in a budget move and have decided to stop airing home games on REGENT BROADCASTING Adult Standards WFNT-A (UNFORGETTABLE 1470)/FLINT, reports the FLINT JOURNAL.
The team will continue to air road games, with former team voice ROBERT ROE talking to the team about handling the games on a freelance basis, and has canceled the weekly GENERALS radio show, although it may return as a live, not-on-the-air show for fans to attend live.
The GENERALS have the lowest attendance in the league, and the JOURNAL reports that actual attendance is much lower than the announced average figure of 1,458, landing closer to 600 per game.
