Vince Gill Named Country Music HOF's 2009 'Artist In Residence'

MCA/NASHVILLE's VINCE GILL has been chosen as the COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OF FAME & MUSEUM's 2009 "ARTIST IN RESIDENCE." GILL will perform every TUESDAY of that month (FEBRUARY 3rd, 17th and 24th) at 7p (CT) in the FORD THEATER, located inside the HALL OF FAME in NASHVILLE.
The "ARTIST IN RESIDENCE" program "annually honors a musical master who can be credited with contributing a large and significant body of work to the canon of AMERICAN popular music." Past "artists in residence" include COWBOY JACK CLEMENT, EARL SCRUGGS, TOM T. HALL, GUY CLARK, KRIS KRISTOFFERSON and JERRY DOUGLAS.
