  The offer by CITADEL's COLORADO SPRINGS cluster of free ads for local businesses for the week starting DECEMBER 26 drew instant response, and the cluster's BOBBY IRWIN tells ALL ACCESS that the promotion, which started at 6a FRIDAY, got over 100 responses before noon. The free ad offer is aimed at showing new advertisers the power of radio advertising.
  The cluster includes Country KATC (CAT COUNTRY 95.1), Classic Country KCSF-A, Classic Rock KKFM, Top 40 KKMG (MAGIC 98.9), Adult Hits KKPK (92.9 PEAK FM), and Talk KVOR-A.
