CITADEL Top 40 KHOP/MODESTO-STOCKTON night host/MD ORPHAN ANDREW is the latest victim of budget cuts. ORPHAN has made stops at COX Top 40 WBLI/LONG ISLAND, CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40 KHTS/SAN DIEGO and most recently ENTERCOM Top 40 KDND/SACRAMENTO, while at KHOP.
