Northwestern Media Ups Whitworth

NORTHWESTERN RADIO ups DICK WHITWORTH to Assistant VP for Media. WHITWORTH has been Station Manager for NORTHWESTERN Christian AC KNWI/DES MOINES for the past four years. He replaces REID HOLSEN, who recently resigned to take a position with the city of SIOUX FALLS, SD.

"DICK brings a wealth of experience and leadership to this position. He has worked in noncommercial Christian radio for 32 years, 17 of which he was the director of the 11-station NEW LIFE RADIO network in ILLINOIS," said NORTHWESTERN Senior VP for Media Dr. PAUL VIRTS.

WHITWORTH will move to NORTHWESTERN headquarters in ST. PAUL, MN, next summer after his daughter graduates from high school in DES MOINES.
