According to the ARKANSAS DEMOCRAT-GAZETTE, a PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS man has alleged in a federal lawsuit that XM SATELLITE RADIO is violating state consumer protection laws by advertising that its 67 music channels are 100% commercial-free.
MATTHEW ENDERLIN claims that promotional announcements and other non-musical content broadcast on the music channels constitute "commercials," and that XM's claims are false and misleading, since the channels are not commercial-free, in his view.
