Who's Buying What

The trust charged with spinning off Oldies WGUY (OLDIES 102.1)/DEXTER, ME and Alternative WFZX (THE FOX)/SEARSPOINT, ME for BLUEBERRY BROADCASTING, LLC has found a buyer for the stations, as EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION picks up the BANGOR-area pair from the BLUEBERRY DIVESTITURE TRUST, administered by trustee KALIL HOLDING GROUP, for an undisclosed price. BLUEBERRY acquired the stations from CLEAR CHANNEL in a group deal last year.

KALIL AND CO. was exclusive broker for the deal.

Two Translator Deals Reach FCC

CHADWICK BAY BROADCASTING CORPORATION is selling FM translator W255BP/SILVER CREEK, NY (between BUFFALO and ERIE on the LAKE ERIE shoreline) to FAMILY LIFE MINISTRIES, INC. for $2,000.

In another translator deal filed with the FCC, WILLIAM P. ROGERS is selling W251AC/CAPSHAW, AL (west of HUNTSVILLE) to BCA RADIO, L.L.C. for $50,000.
