The price for the previously announced purchase of Oldies WGUY (OLDIES 102.1)/DEXTER, ME and Alternative WFZX (THE FOX)/SEARSPOINT, ME by EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION from the BLUEBERRY DIVESTITURE TRUST is $550,000, according to the paperwork filed at the FCC. BLUEBERRY BROADCASTING, LLC acquired the stations from CLEAR CHANNEL in a group deal last year and placed them in a trust for spinoff.

In other deals filed with the FCC, CHRISTIAN LISTENING NETWORK, INC. is selling Oldies WCLN-A/CLINTON, NC-FAYETTEVILLE to CLINTON SAMPSON RADIO COMPANY, INC. for $225,000 in an 84-month promissory note.

GLEISER COMMUNICATIONS, LLC is selling Talk KEES-A/GLADEWATER, TX (LONGVIEW-MARSHALL) to SALT OF THE EARTH BROADCASTING, INC. for $100,000.

CSN INTERNATIONAL is assigning the licenses for nine full-power stations and four translators to its related company PENFOLD COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for no consideration.
