The FCC paperwork for the sale of AMERICAN BROADCASTING, LLC of Smooth Jazz WCIN-A/CINCINNATI to ALCHEMY BROADCASTING, the company that presently leases CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING SYSTEM Oldies WDJO-A/CINCINNATI, reveals that the previously undisclosed price for the station is $600,000. The deal also includes an LMA before closing. 

EMF Buys Again

In other deals filed with the FCC, EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION buys another two, picking up Contemporary Christian WNKL/WAUSEON, OH (an affiliate of EMF's K-LOVE format) and WNWT-A/ROSSFORD, OH from CORNERSTONE CHURCH INC. for $2.825 million. The stations serve the TOLEDO market.

And BARRY P. LUNDERVILLE's CUPID BROADCASTING, LLC is selling FM translator W233AY/ANDOVER, NH to KOOR COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $60,000 ($2,000 down, $36,000 cash, $22,000 promissory note).
