ALL ACCESS has learned that CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40 WIOQ (Q102)/PHILADELPHIA OM/PD TODD SHANNON is officially announcing that he's been named CRITICAL MASS MEDIA VP/Marketing, relocating to FLORIDA.

SHANNON told the staff, "This new opportunity allows me to work with radio stations and Program Directors across the country to develop new ways of marketing our radio stations to listeners. It also allows me to move to my FLORIDA home fulltime to soak up the sunshine!
