Three Houston Ad Agencies Commit to PPM

ARBITRON announces three HOUSTON advertising agencies -- FOGARTY/KLEINMONROE, LOVE ADVERTISING, and MEDIAGRAPHIX MEDIA SERVICES have signed up the PORTABLE PEOPLE METER to plan and buy radio. The three companies collectively represent a significant percentage of the radio advertising dollars in HOUSTON.
ARBITRON President, Sales & Marketing PIERRE BOUEVARD said, "The agencies in HOUSTON have had the opportunity to take a detailed look at the PPM audience estimates for their market for nearly six months. It is particularly gratifying that they have now endorsed the PORTABLE PEOPLE METER in such clear terms. ARBITON has worked hard to ensure that agencies and advertisers have confidence in the PPM system and will accept PPM radio ratings as currency."
