Controversial former CKNU/DONNACONNA-QUEBEC CITY talk host ANDRE ARTHUR won his race for a seat in the Canadian Parliament in MONDAY's national election, beating his BLOC QUEBECOIS opponent GUY COLE by over 7,000 votes in the PORTNEUF-JACQUES CARTIER riding north of QUEBEC CITY.
ARTHUR, a longtime talk radio firebrand on QUEBEC stations, exited CKNU late last year when the station did not renew his contract.
