This year at CRS-40 (COUNTRY RADIO SEMINAR), one of the featured panels will be held on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 4th at 4p (CT), entitled "40 Work/Life Balance Ideas in 40 Minutes." The panel, being organized by CRS AGENDA COMMITTEE members BRYAN FRASHER (VP/Promo of BNA RECORDS), ANNIE SANDOR (BEASLEY WKIS/MIAMI Promo Director) and CHAD SCHULTZ (MOZES New Media), is the first in a series of the 40/40 panels that will be held at CRS this year.
BRYAN FRASHER describes the panel this way: "Over the past few months we have searched through a multitude of self-help, work/life balance and time management/ organizational skills books and are putting together a list of the 40 recurring themes that permeate the myriad of titles out there. All this in hopes that CRS attendees might walk away with the resources and an idea, or two, that they could put to use to make their lives better in a day and age when too many people are being asked to do too much for too little."
FRASHER continues, "We would like to know what "best practices" people out there are using to balance their lives on a daily basis. We want to hear about anything that works for anyone at any level. Something they do on a regular basis that helps them keep things "in balance". For example it might be that they religiously keep lists; or they might workout every morning at 5:30a no matter what; or they might go for a walk with their family every evening; or they keep a tight calendar and plan on OUTLOOK every SUNDAY night for the week ahead -- anything like this that helps someone feel a sense of joy and achievement. In other words, what the real life individual out there does to maintain a work/life balance."
