PITTSBURGH radio legend and ROCK & ROLL HALL OF FAME inductee PORKY CHEDWICK joins BROADCAST COMMUNICATIONS Oldies WKFB-A (770 KFB)/JEANNETTE, PA (suburban PITTSBURGH) for weekends. He'll be heard every SATURDAY from noon to 3p along with KFB morning host FRANKIE DAY.
CHEDWICK started his radio career at WHOD/HOMESTEAD, PA in 1948 before moving on to PITTSBURGH outlets KQV, WAMO, WWSW, and others. "He will turn 90 next year, and he's still going strong," says KFB PD CLARKE INGRAM. "We're delighted and proud to have this living legend join our team of Oldies air personalities on 770 KFB!"
