  CURB RECORDS/NASHVILLE artist JEFF CARSON (best known for his 1995 #1 hit, "Not On Your Love") is now a commissioned police officer for the FRANKLIN, TN POLICE DEPARTMENT.
  CARSON graduated from the TENNESSEE LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING ACADEMY in DECEMBER with a shooting average of 99.6%, only 0.004 away from being the ACADEMY's "Top Gun."
