BAHAKEL COMMUNICATIONS has appointed BERNIE BARKER VP/GM of WDEF and WDOD-A-F/CHATTANOOGA. A 30-year radio vet, BARKER has worked at NEWHOUSE BROADCASTING, THE DITTMAN GROUP, DICK BROADCASTING and for the last 11 years, at CUMULUS.

What's more, DANNY HOWARD has been promoted to Station Manager for the CHATTANOOGA market. The 16-year cluster veteran has been Program/Operations Manager for the past 16 years for all four stations. Additionally, 22-year station vet JEFF FONTANA, will continue to serve as GSM for the cluster.
