Moonves: CBS Corp. To Keep Radio, Sell Theme Parks

CBS Corp. CEO LES MOONVES told analysts THURSDAY that the company's plans include keeping CBS RADIO and SIMON AND SCHUSTER but not the PARAMOUNT theme parks division, including parks in CALIFORNIA, VIRGINIA, OHIO, NORTH CAROLINA, and ONTARIO and attractions in LAS VEGAS and GILROY, CA. 

MOONVES characterized the company as "content-driven" and looking at new ways to distribute the content, including online streaming and Internet distribution.
