  WEST VIRGINIA RADIO CORP. owner JOHN RAESE has announced that he will run in the Republican race for the party's Senate nomination to run against Sen. ROBERT C. BYRD (D-WV).
  RAESE, whose company owns 15 stations and who also owns the METRONEWS radio network, the MORGANTOWN DOMINION-POST, and GREER INDUSTRIES, last ran for office 18 years ago.
