Murray Moves To 5

BBC RADIO 1 MONDAY-THURSDAY 10p-midnight host COLIN MURRAY is moving to sister Talk BBC RADIO 5 LIVE as host of the station's FRIDAY evening and SUNDAY afternoon "5 LIVE SPORT" shows. MURRAY already hosts 5 LIVE's "FIGHTING TALK" on SATURDAY mornings.

Weekend "SWITCH" co-host NICK GRIMSHAW will move into MURRAY's RADIO 1 slot in late JUNE. He will continue to host "SWITCH" along with ANNIE MAC on SUNDAYS.

In other moves at 5 LIVE, the station is planning a shakeup effective in AUGUST, with sports host MARK SAGGERS exiting at the end of his contract and ARLO WHITE taking over the MONDAY "5 LIVE SPORT." MARK POUGATCH will host the TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, and SATURDAY editions, and ELEANOR OLDROYD will move from the SUNDAY version to THURSDAYS.
