CNN RADIO's STATE OF THE UNION coverage will include live anchored reports starting at 9p ET TUESDAY (1/31). STAN CASE and LISA GODDARD will anchor the coverage, which will include the President's address and Democratic response, plus special reports at the bottom of the hour between 8:30p and 12:30a ET.
